Reception for Overnight Guests and Tours
Our Reception is open for Vacation Arrivals and Departures: 7 days a week, excluding some statutory holidays and altered hours on the 3rd Wednesdy of every month for staff training- see chart below.
Reception Vs Office Hours :
- Reception I.E. our front desk and the ability to check in and check out is available Monday thru Saturday from 9 to 5, and on Sundays from 2-5 pm only.
- Our office and Reservations desk hours are Monday Thru Friday from 9-5 and Saturdays from 9 til 2.
Closed for Staff Training:
- 4th Thursday of every month – the office closes early at 4:30pm – we ask our daycare guests to collect before 4:30 or between 6:30-7.
Tours are welcome without appointment anytime during our General Reception hours
Although we care for all pets, every day, all day, our front office is closed for the following times (pet collection and drop-off is unavailable when the office is closed):

Daycare Hours
Our Daycare is run separately to our Vacations. Daycare guests on pre-paid packages can use the service between 7am-7pm, Monday thru Friday. This is only available to regular daycare guests who do not require the office, our caregivers will be unable to accommodate parents of vacationing guests arriving after hours when the office is closed.
